1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account, or using any service offered on the 75db platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users, whether browsing as a guest or operating as a registered member.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Your continued use constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates or changes to this document.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 75db platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. 75db reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 75db or any of its partner companies.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be on any third-party exclusion register that applies to online gambling services.

75db may, at its sole discretion, decline registration applications or suspend existing accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be verified. Verification may include submission of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access wagering services on 75db, you must create a registered account. One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts in a spouse's, family member's, or third party's name — is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent account suspension.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 75db will never ask you to share your password via email, SMS, or any messaging platform. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

KYC Verification

75db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed applicable thresholds, as determined by our compliance team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

75db processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other local bank transfers may also be available depending on your account status.

Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum daily deposit caps are set at the account tier level and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on your selected payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the amount.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• 75db reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. 75db cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including bKash or Nagad system outages.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

75db offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out below and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

The following standard conditions apply to all bonus offers unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit has cleared and all eligibility criteria are met.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (rollover). You must wager the bonus amount the stated number of times before you may withdraw any resulting winnings.
• 75db reserves the right to cancel or reclaim any bonus credited in error or claimed using fraudulent methods, including bonus abuse through multiple accounts.
• Free spins won through a promotional bonus are subject to a maximum win cap as specified in the individual offer terms. Uncapped free spin winnings are not available unless explicitly stated.

Bonus misuse — including the use of arbitrage betting strategies, low-risk stake patterns designed solely to satisfy rollover conditions, or coordinated syndicate play — is a violation of these terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75db platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and notification to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game mechanic, software vulnerability, or promotional system.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to give you an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the 75db platform or its payment infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 75db staff through any communication channel.

75db employs continuous real-time monitoring of account activity. Suspicious patterns are flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. Players found in violation of these prohibited conduct rules will have their accounts suspended pending full investigation, and any balance may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 75db platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, imagery, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 75db or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written consent from 75db is strictly prohibited.

Third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi retain ownership of their respective game content. Use of such content is governed by the applicable license agreements between 75db and those providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use platform content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

75db provides its platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

75db is not liable for losses arising from player decisions made during gameplay, market fluctuations in sports betting odds, or outcomes of games of chance. Gambling involves risk; players are advised to wager only what they can afford to lose.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

75db collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy document, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

We may share data with KYC verification partners, payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket), and fraud detection services solely for the purposes of operating the platform and fulfilling our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third partiesfor marketing or profiling purposes.

10. Amendments to Terms

75db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you continue to use the 75db platform after any amendment has been published, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms in full. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account.

11. Termination of Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have passed verification will be processed normally. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

75db may suspend or permanently close an account without advance notice where there is evidence of fraud, identity theft, prohibited conduct, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 75db reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and 75db in connection with your use of the platform shall first be referred to our customer support team for resolution through informal negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
